Noodles a la Grecque

Ingredients

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
6 ounces water
2 teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound macaroni
1 cup grated Sapsago cheese

Directions:

Sauté the meat in a non-stick pan until browned and then drain thoroughly. Stir in the tomato paste, water, allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.

Cook the macaroni in salted water until softened, but firm and drain. Place the macaroni in a casserole greased with non-stick spray and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
