In a skillet, brown the ground turkey, breaking the meat into small pieces. Remove the meat from the pan and reserve. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot and garlic in the polyunsaturated oil until softened. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and sugar, mix well, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the browned ground turkey, mix well and simmer for 30 minutes more.
