Cranberry Carrot Salad

Ingredients

2 medium carrots, grated
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
2 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:

Stir carrots, nuts, and cranberries in a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper in small bowl; mix with carrot mixture.
