Hearty Hash Browns

Ingredients

6 leftover baked potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
vegetable and ham

Directions:

Heat olive oil in 12- or 14-inch Dutch oven. Add garlic to oil and cook until tender. Add vegetables and ham. Cook until heated thoroughly and flavors are blended.
