Bacon And Onion Potatoes

Ingredients

1 pound bacon, cut into small pieces
2 onions, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 pounds potatoes, sliced
seasoning to taste
1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

Brown bacon and onions in a Dutch oven. Drain off some of the bacon grease. Add garlic, and stir in potatoes. Cover, and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender using 5-6 briquets under the Dutch and 14-16 on the lid. Add the cheese, melt, and serve.
