Dutch Babies

Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons cold butter
powdered sugar
lemon juice

Directions:

Blend the eggs, flour and salt. Add the milk. Spread side and bottom of iron skillet with cold butter. Pour batter into the skillet. Bake uncovered at 425-450°F until lightly brown. To serve, dust with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
