Dutch Oven Stew

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 pound pork sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
3 medium onions, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons pepper
6 carrots, sliced
4 "tater" potatoes, cubed
2 green peppers, cubed
6 tomatoes, cubed
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Brown beef and sausage. Drain. Add 2 cups hot water and the rest of the stuff except cheese. Cook in a Dutch oven for about an hour. Add cheese just before serving. Feed bay leaves to coyotes. You eat the rest.
