Cucumber, Dill, And Watercress Sauce |

Serves: 8
Makes about 4 cups
2 cucumbers, peeled, halved lengthwise, and thinly sliced
4 large red onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup packed coarsely chopped fresh dill weed
1/2 cup packed coarsely chopped fresh watercress leaves
2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
