Ingredients

1/4 pound lean ground beef or turkey
3 tablespoons rolled oats or bread crumbs
2 tablespoons milk fat free
1 tablespoon onion, diced or 1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Press into a microwave-safe flat bottomed bowl.

2. Microwave on MEDIUM HIGH (70% power) for 3-3 1/2 minutes or until meat is firm. Let stand 2 minutes.
