1 cup pasta shells cooked
1 cup peas cooked
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese finely diced
1/3 cup sweet pickles sliced
1/4 cup onions chopped
2 tablespoons green bell peppers chopped
1 tablespoon pimiento minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise real
1/2 teaspoon dijon style mustard
1/3 cup cream
Salt and freshy ground pepper to taste
Drain and rinse macaroni with cold water. In a medium-size bowl, combine macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion, green pepper, and pimiento. In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Blend into macaroni mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
