In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat cheeses for 3 minutes.
Stir in olives, nuts, parsley, lemon pepper and hot pepper sauce. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
On a sheet of waxed paper, form cheese mixture into two 3-inch balls. Cut whole pimiento into small decorative shapes and decorate as desired. Serve with crackers.
