Crazy Three-Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound pork sausage bulk
1 onion medium chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 green bell pepper medium, chopped
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can mushrooms sliced, drained
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning dried crushed
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon fennel
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
10 ounces mozzarella cheese thinly sliced
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoons Romano cheese grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté ground beef, sausage, onion, Worcestershire and soy sauce until meat is no longer pink drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, green pepper, mushrooms, 2 tablespoons flour, herb seasoning, oregano, fennel seeds and chili powder. Stirring, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Top with mozzarella cheese.

In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat 1 cup flour, milk, eggs, oil and salt until smooth. Pour over mixture in pan sprinkle with Parmesan and Romano cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
