Cinnamon Sauce

Print this Recipe


   1/3 cup sugar
   4 teaspoons cornstarch
   1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
   1 cup milk
   2 tablespoons butter
   1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


In a 1-quart saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Add milk and stir until sugar dissolves. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve hot.
