Chicken Or Shrimp Salad

1 1/2 cups chicken cubed cooked or cooked shrimp
1 cup pineapple tidbit drained
1/2 cup green onion chopped
1/4 cup almonds slivered toasted
1/2 cup green seedless grape cut in halves
* Part two.
2/3 cup mayonnaise real
2 tablespoons mango chutney (mince the pieces of mango)
1 to 2 tablespoon lime juice fresh
1 teaspoon lime rind grated
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 lettuce washed and crisped cups
Seedless green grapes


Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl.

*In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chutney, lime juice and rind, curry powder, and salt, blending until smooth and creamy. Add dressing to salad, toss, and chill at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with whole green grapes.
