3 Bean Salad |

1 15-ounce can green beans
1 15 1/2-ounce can kidney beans
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans
1/2 cup green bell peppers - chopped
1/2 cup onions - chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In bowl gently mix together beans, peppers and onions. In separate bowl mix the dressing, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over the beans etc. and chill for at least 3 hours befor serving.
Note: I use 1/2 a can of each of the beans and use the other 1/2 for minestrone soup. this makes a nice sized salad with 4 to 6 servings.)
