Kay’s Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup whipping cream
2 (11-ounce) cans white corn
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can can French-fried onion ring

Directions:

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, stirring over low heat; add cream and stir until thickened. Drain corn and stir into sauce. Place in greased casserole and top with onions. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
