Dressing for a Crowd

Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 stick margarine, melted
6 cups crumbled corn bread
4 cups white bread crumbs
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 sage to taste
4 eggs, beaten
1 chicken broth (about 1 quart)

Directions:

Sauté onion and celery in margarine. Add to crumbs in large pan. Add remaining ingredients. Dressing should be thin enough to pour into a buttered casserole dish or large baking pan. Bake at 450° until center is bubbly, about 30 minutes.
