1, 2, 3 - Crepes

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 beaten egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
water

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients together mixture should be soupy. Add water to loosen mixture only. Cook on a flat large cooking surface on high use butter in pan if not using teflon cooking surface.
