Ingredients

1 clove garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 beef ribeye steaks
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

In a skillet over medium-low heat, sauté garlic in butter until tender. Remove garlic with a slotted spoon; discard. Add steaks and lightly brown to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove steaks to 2 dinner plates; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce to pan juices; stir and heat through. Drizzle pan juices over steaks.
