Dave's Crab And Avocado Ceviche

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or canned crab meat
2/3 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
2 avocados, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Gently mix all the ingredients in a large glass bowl. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour to marinate so the flavor penetrates the vegetables and crab. Serve with saltine crackers or tortilla chips.
