Turkey Divan

Ingredients

2 cups diced cooked turkeys
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, cooked
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of chicken soup condensed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer turkey and broccoli in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

In a bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour over turkey and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Makes 4–6 servings.
