Stuffing and Turkey Casserole

Ingredients

2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of celery soup condensed
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables thawed and drained
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkeys
1 (6-ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix together soup, milk, pepper, vegetables, and turkey. Spread turkey mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Spoon stuffing evenly over turkey. Bake 25 minutes, or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.

*For a thicker layer of stuffing, use 2 boxes.
