A NOTE from DR. GHOSH
This tasty low-fiber egg dish is great for anyone who needs to restrict fiber, particularly those who have had stomach or intestinal surgery. To eat well, try adding a colorful napkin or a small centerpiece or light a candle to put yourself in an eating mood.

"So quick to put together, refrigerate and bake later. I liked having this easy recipe for times when I needed to bring something to a potluck but didn't want to spend much time putting it together or baking it." -MARY W.
