Vegetable Cake (Bolo de legumes)

Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon butter
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Boil and peel sweet potatoes. Melt a little butter in a baking dish. Arrange cut up sweet potatoes. Put 1 teaspoon melted butter on each potato and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Place in a hot oven for 20 min, just to warm as it is cooked.
