Fried Cauliflower


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 good-sized cauliflower
2 tablespoons cooking oils
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes (without skin or seeds)
salt and peppeer

Directions:

Wash and cut up the cauliflower.

In a large frying pan place cooking oil, garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Add cauliflower with salt and pepper. Stir fry.

Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and steam until cauliflower is tender.
