Heat butter in skillet and sauté mushrooms and onion until tender. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes. Add wine and cook and stir until mixture boils and is thickened. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in scallops (if ocean scallops are used, cut in half) and parsley. Spoon into a buttered shallow casserole or individual casseroles and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
