Grilled Lime Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

4 salmon steaks
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
salt and pepper

Directions:

Whisk lime juice together with oil. Add tarragon, salt, and pepper. Place salmon steaks in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over salmon. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Grill over hot coals until cooked to desired degree of doneness, approximately 5 minutes per side.
