1 cup cornflakes
1 unbaked pie shell
5 tart apples sliced thin (peeling on)
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Put cornflakes in pie shell. Put apple slices over cornflakes. Set aside. Put remaining ingredients in bowl. Using a pastry blender or a fork, work butter into flour until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the apple slices. Bake at 350 for about 35-45 minutes or until bubbling. Serve warm
