Combine broth, water and vegetables in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; add pasta. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle servings generously with Parmesan cheese.
Tip: Does the soup taste just a little bland? Add extra zing with a spoonful of balsamic vinegar or perk it up with a bouillon cube or 2.
