In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add fish. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, or until fish flake easily with a fork. Remove and keep warm. Return skillet to stove over medium heat. Add remaining butter. Toast almonds, stirring frequently, until lightly brown. Add zest and juice, and cook 1 minute. Pour sauce over fish.
