Parmesan Flounder Fillets

Ingredients

1/4 cup dry Italian bread crumb
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound flounder filet or sole fillets
1/4 cup real mayonnaise

Directions:

In shallow dish or on sheet of wax paper, combine crumbs, salt, and cheese. Brush all sides of fillets with mayonnaise; coat with crumb mixture. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375° for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and fish flake easily.
