Creamy Fruit Salad

Serves 16


1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunk, , drained
1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange, drained
4 apples, cored, peeled and diced
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup sour cream

Combine fruit in a large serving bowl set aside. Whisk milk, orange juice and pudding mix together until smooth stir in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture cover and refrigerate until serving.
