Dovetailing Tip: You will use bacon in today's Grilled Potatoes. cook 8 slices of bacon and use half on the potatoes. An easy way to cook bacon bits is to use your kitchen shears and cut the bacon into about 1/2" pieces. Don't pull the bacon apart, just cut it shortways and place the strips in the skillet. When they cook, you can move them around with the spatula to separate the pieces.
