Almond Joy Fudge
A quick and easy treat. If you don't like coconut (like my daughter), just leave out the coconut and you have chocolate almond fudge.
|1 (14 1/2-ounce) can||sweetened condensed milk|
|12 ounces||chocolate chips (about 2 cups)|
|1 cup||shredded coconut|
|1/2 cup||sliced almonds|
Place milk and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Stir until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat, add coconut and almonds.
Pour into a greased or lined 9x9 pan. Let cool. Cut into 36 squares.
