Italian Chicken Alfredo

1 pound chicken cooked and cut in strips
2 small zucchini sliced
1 yellow crookneck squash sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
3 cups milk
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese

In a large skillet saute cooked chicken with zucchini and squash for a couple of minutes. Add cream, milk, and dressing and cook to a light boil. Mix flour and water together in a small bowl until smooth. Reduce heat to low and slowly whisk in flour mixture to sauce. Heat until sauce thickens, then add salt, pepper, and cheese. Serve over your favorite pasta.
