Combine flour, cornstarch, eggs and salt together in a shallow pie pan dip chicken breasts in egg mixture. Coat with bread crumbs sprinkle with sesame seed and set aside. Heat butter and oil in a heavy skillet brown chicken breasts on both sides. Transfer to a 13" x 9" baking pan bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Remove to a serving plate spoon Plum Sauce over top.
Plum Sauce: Stir ingredients together in a heavy saucepan simmer until heated through. Serve warm.
TIP: Reserve a few tablespoons of Plum Sauce to stir into some prepared unflavored wild rice blend. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and heat through for a speedy side dish.
