Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles in a large skillet bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low simmer, covered, for 7 minutes. Place chow mein noodles in the bottom of an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish spread chicken mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
