Combine cranberries and juice in a microwave-safe bowl cook on high one minute and set aside. Sauté onions in butter for 5 minutes set aside. Mix flour, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper together in a plastic bag add chicken, shaking to coat. Sauté chicken strips 5 minutes add onions and chicken broth. Simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Drain cranberries stir into chicken mixture, heating thoroughly. Fold in pasta toss gently.
