Savory Chicken Brunch Bake

Ingredients

2 (10 1/2-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
pepper to taste
5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
2 sleeves round buttery crackers, finely crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, blend together soup and sour cream; season with pepper. Stir in chicken and set aside. Place cracker crumbs in a medium bowl; stir in melted butter, poppy seed and garlic salt. Spoon half the cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Layer on chicken mixture and top with remaining cracker mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until top is golden. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
