Christmas Kitchen Casserole

Ingredients

1 (20-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potato, thawed
4 green onions, chopped
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 tablespoon green pepper, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

Layer hashbrowns, onions, cheese, ham and pepper in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Whisk eggs with sour cream and milk. Pour mixture over layered ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven; cover with aluminum foil and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.


Choose several colorful paint pens from the craft store and use them to add whimsical patterns, pictures and holiday greetings to plain glass ball ornaments.
