Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Add soup; cook until bubbly. Add cheese, stirring constantly until melted. To serve, ladle sauce over cooked spaghetti; toss to mix well. Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
