Tomato Salsa

1 medium tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup minced sweet onion
1 jalapeƱo pepper seeded and minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt


1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy chilled. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
