Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 cups melon chunks or balls
1 cup blueberries or other fresh berries
2 large bananas, sliced
2 ripe peaches or nectarines
1 cup halved red cherries or grapes
DRESSING ONE
1/4 cup unsweetened frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia extract
DRESSING TWO
1 cup low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon powdered stevia extract

Directions:

• Cut up the fruit and place in a large bowl. Dress with one of the dressings, and chill in the refrigerator before serving. To make dressings, just mix together ingredients and stir into the fruit.
