Strawberry, Banana, and Blueberry Banner

Ingredients

3/4 cup apple cider
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
1 cup banana lowfat frozen yogurt
1 tablespoon lecithin, or according to specific brand label recommendations

Directions:

Place the cider, honey, strawberries, blueberries, banana, yogurt, and lecithin in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting an Apple Chip (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
