Happily Ever Apple

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apples (2 large apples)
1 1/2 cups sliced bananas (2 large bananas)
1 cup banana lowfat frozen yogurt
1/2 cup wheat germ
3 tablespoons reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Place the juice, honey, vanilla, apple, banana, yogurt, wheat germ, peanut butter, and cinnamon in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting an Apple Chip (see Garnishes with a Flourish), if desired.
