All Powdered-Up Smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup diced fresh pineapple (1/2 pineapple)
1 cup vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1 to 3 tablespoon natural or vanilla protein powder, or according to specific brand label recommendations
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves, or to taste

Directions:

Place the juice, honey, banana, strawberries, pineapple, yogurt, protein powder, and raspberry preserves in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each with a Pineapple Spear (see Garnishes with a Flourish), if desired.
