Pineapple Daiquiri

3 tablespoons light rum
3 tablespoons dark rum
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups diced fresh pineapples (1 pineapple)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups pineapple lowfat frozen yogurt


Place the rums, honey, vanilla, pineapple, and cinnamon in a blender, and mix on low speed until the pinapple is pureed. Add the yogurt and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting an Pineapple Chip (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired.
