Peanut Butter Decadence

3/4 cup lowfat milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 cups sliced bananas (2 large bananas)
1 cup chocolate or vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter


Place the milk, honey, banana, ice cream, and peanut butter in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue to mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into wine goblets and garnish by inserting a Chocolate-Dipped Tortilla Triangle (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in the smoothie, if desired
