I Am the Walnut

Ingredients

1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup lowfat milk
3 tablespoons chocolate-syrup
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
2 cups vanilla ice cream

Directions:

Place the walnuts in a blender and finely chop. Add the milk, chocolate syrup, and banana, and mix on medium speed until the banana is pureed. Add the ice cream and continue to mix, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish each by inserting a Chocolate-Dipped Tortilla Triangle (see Garnishes with a Flourish) upright in each smoothie, if desired.
