Oreo Cookie Monster Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 cup lowfat milk
1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)
10 Oreo cookies or other chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled

Directions:

Place the milk, yogurt, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until just blended. Add the cookies and mix just to blend. Pour into cocktail glasses and garnish each by inserting an Oreo cookie upright in each smoothie, if desired.
